Some good ideas and practices, but not specific enough for my liking. It needs more real examples. it reads very academic, which is expected because of the authors. I would recommend it if they price dropped to like 20. but ill probably reference it for ideas but doesn't have any real life applications as i see

I bought this book brand new for my facility management class. Three weeks in to the class and only using the book a few times the binding on the book has broken and my book is basically falling apart and useless. DONT BUY!!
